Dr. Ernest T. Abunaw, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience, practicing across Texas and Oklahoma. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and specializes in treating anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, and other mental health conditions. His subspecialties include general psychiatry, substance use disorders, and child and adolescent psychiatry.
Dr. Abunaw utilizes a holistic, evidence-based approach, combining clinical expertise with compassionate care to create personalized treatment plans. Victoria Abolarin, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 12 years of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan. She earned her post-graduate degree from Walden University and has worked in diverse healthcare settings, including outpatient clinics and community mental health programs.
Victoria specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and more. Her approach emphasizes holistic wellness, addressing the physical, emotional, and social aspects of health to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes. Dr. Dave, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Dave Adeleye, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, Baltimore.
Dr. Dave has worked in diverse healthcare settings, including psychiatric units, emergency services, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics. He specializes in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, and mood disorders while recognizing the impact of unpredictable life challenges such as trauma, chronic illness, and psychosocial stress on mental wellness.
His holistic approach integrates medication management with psychotherapy, focusing on the root causes of mental health challenges. Dr. Dave collaborates closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote resilience and long-term well-being.

Chikwelu Umeh, PMHNP
Chikwelu Umeh, MSN, FNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a robust educational background. He earned his Master of Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) from the University of Maryland School of Nursing in Baltimore. Subsequently, he completed a post-master’s certificate as a family nurse practitioner at Drexel University in Philadelphia. Chikwelu furthered his expertise by obtaining a Post-Master’s Certificate in PMHNP from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
With over 15 years of experience in mental health and critical care medicine, he has delivered patient-centered care in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, urgent care, and emergency medicine. Chikwelu employs evidence-based practices and stays current with the latest research to ensure his patients receive optimal treatment.
His areas of specialization include adult and adolescent psychiatry, medication management, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use disorder recovery support, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
Chikwelu’s philosophy of care emphasizes collaboration with patients, involving them in their treatment plans and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, and volunteering, which help him maintain a balanced lifestyle.
